Trainer Tip: Sliders to Change Your Routine

Trainer Tip Tuesday

Sliders are a really awesome way to intensify and diversify your workout. They require you to use your core more and fire all those little stabilizer muscles we often aren’t engaging! They also have a unique way of introducing push AND pull to every movement (giving you a nice full body flow).

AND they’re easy to pack when you’re traveling!

  • Towel (Hard Surface)
