The Only Smoothie Guide You Need

For the longest time I had a love/hate relationship with smoothies.

I would love the taste and that it was so easy to pack and travel with, but I didn’t like that I was SO hungry shortly afterwards, like what the heck man?!

After lots of taste testing and having to eat two breakfasts (not mad about it tho), I put together a formula for what I must put IN my smoothies to make them not only SUPER nutritious and yummy, but ALSO filling and satiating.

So, here’s my SUPER SMOOTHIE guide - An easy to read infographic that tells you what to add to your smoothies and why it’s important. I also included a fun little picture so that you can print it out and post it in your kitchen for reference AND two of my favorite smoothie recipes to date.
