Your Guide to “Why”

Goals, especially long term ones, are extremely difficult to stick to if we don’t have a clear understanding as to WHY we’re trying to achieve them in the first place. More so, if our WHY doesn’t resonate with you on a deeper level, if you settle with letting it sit at the surface, it won’t be strong enough, emotionally, to create lasting change.

So, I challenge you to sit with this activity, and yourself, for a few minutes and fill out the worksheet.
