Back Pain? Let's Get Rid of That.
Most of us are working from home under not the best circumstance right now (cough, global pandemic, cough). I don’t know about you, but I definitely don’t have the right desk set-up or equipment to ensure that I’m in proper alignment while sitting +8 hrs a day.
I’ve been getting a lot of complaints from my clients that their back has been hurting more than usual, so I decided to make an at home back mobility video. After a lot of great feedback, I decided to share it publicly so you can start to feel better too!
So, whether your back is achy because you’ve been sitting too much, you woke up with a stiff back, you have chronic back pain, etc., feel free to use this video daily to help relieve some tension and aches.
