Don’t just GO through it, GROW through it.

R E S I L I E N C Y

the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.

the ability of a substance or object to spring back into shape; elasticity.

I’ve been thinking about resiliency a lot the past 9 or so months.

Especially during the holidays as we try and shift our thinking to positivity and gratitude.

As we try and “forget” the bull**** that’s been 2020.

The pandemic has impacted a lot of us in very different ways.

We’re experiencing something none of us have ever experienced before - on another level.

Yet, in life, we’re constantly going to be faced with new challenges, new loses, new experiences.

The only constant in life, IS change < Read that again and again.

The only thing WE can control is how we react to that change, how we adapt to that change.

During the change and after the change, how do we show up for ourselves?

Change is inevitable, so, are we going to simply go through it, or grow through it?

My advice?

Don’t just GO through it, GROW through it.

There are lessons for all of us to learn here.

At the end of every momentous change, there we are.

What will you take from your challenges? Your lessons? Your big life event?

If we just let things happen to us, things that seem so shitty, will just always be that - shitty.

Don’t just GO through it, GROW through it.
