So, is dieting worth it?

I’m not here to demonize weight loss, but I am here to tell you that we DEFINITELY should not be idolizing it because we end up going through exhausting and unsafe measures to lose it. There are SO many factors that go into being your healthiest self: sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, hormones, genetics, etc., that no one diet can fix - unpopular truth.

Health takes curiosity, it takes developing a good relationship with yourself first to finally accept that you deserve to feel great - not doing things to punish or deprive yourself into feeling your best - I mean does that even make sense?

If you’re looking for a safe space where you can learn how to let go of dieting for good, enjoy food without guilt, and turn exercise into something you love to do rather than something you “have” to do, submit a client application to get in contact with me! I work with clients virtually all over the world helping those who are frustrated with dieting and want to change their relationship with food and themselves.
