Come be a part of this empowering evening where mindfulness and gratitude intertwine to guide you toward reconnection and self-healing.
Led by Azul Corajoria, this night aims to create a space where you can feel safe to tune in to your body and tune out the noise that keeps you from connecting to the best version of you.
Through thoughtfully curated exercises weaving mindfulness and presence into body and mind practices, we will cultivate an appreciation of our body, and in doing so, we lay the foundation for healing by learning to practice forms of self-care like nourishment and movement, ultimately allowing you to approach food and fitness in a more positive and sustainable way.
In our time together we will practice:
Mindful Movement: Begin with an intuitive yoga flow to get out of your head and into trusting and listening to your body.
Mindful Meditation: A gentle meditation centered around heart healing and gratitude followed by a journaling practice for full integration.
Mindful Eating: A guided mindful eating exercise to bring awareness and foster a positive connection with food, followed by a closing tea intention ceremony.
Workshop is 2 hrs.
To enhance your experience, I encourage you to bring a journal, a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes, and arrive with an open and curious mind and heart.
This night serves as a loving reminder that we cannot hate ourselves happy. It’s in learning to love and respect ourselves that we can start making lifelong empowering changes to our physical and mental well-being. Wellness starts from within. Real change begins with self-love and self-care.
Your body can feel like a source of shame or like a miracle in motion - one guides you forward, the other holds you back.
