Stop Trying to Do This Quickly

You don’t need to cut out all the sugar.

You don’t need to do more HIIT.

You don’t need to severely restrict your calories.

You don’t need to run more miles.

You need to be more consistent with getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, prioritizing vegetables, eating protein with every meal and working out/moving 3-4x/week.

STOP trying to make this more difficult and complicated then it needs to be, just be more consistent with the simple things, and be PATIENT.

Why are you in such a rush?

Is your happiness depending on it?
Is your worth depending on it?
Is you being able to fully show up in your relationships depending on it?
Is you being able to feel confident on the beach depending on it?
Is your being able to enjoy your wedding depending on it?

Think about that. You are CHOOSING to wait until you think you’ve EARNED the right to be happy, to enjoy a moment, to be loved, to show up for yourself and others. Why not choose now?

There’s no need to be drastic.
Keep it simple.

Choose one simple healthy habit.
Do it until it’s easy.
Choose another.
Etc.

Keep it simple and remember that the results you’re working so desperately for don’t come with a guarantee of happiness. So, don’t wait.

The moment to be happy and give yourself what you deserve is now.
