My Favorite Protein Powder

I’ve tried A LOT of different Vegan protein powder brands, and have never been able to find one I’ve really loved.

For me, a good protein powder has to have the following:

  • Good Ingredients

  • Minimal Ingredients

  • A Good Amount of Protein Per Serving (Duh…)

  • No Weird After-Taste

  • Good Blending Consistency

This is particularly difficult because I like buying the Vanilla flavor because it’s so versatile (i.e. Add some cacao and you’ve got Chocolate).

I never thought I’d find one, until… I got introduced to Sprout Living’s Epic Protein

  • GREAT Ingredients

  • MINIMAL Ingredients

  • A GOOD Amount of Protein Per Serving

  • NO Weird After-Taste

  • GREAT Blending Consistency

I tried the Original (Unflavored) and the Vanilla Lucuma.

The Original (“No Flavoring”) I wouldn’t necessarily have alone. What I love about it, is that it didn’t change the taste of ANY of my smoothies which is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s a great choice for those fruit or green smoothies.

The Vanilla Lucuma (which tastes more like a Vanilla Chai to me) you can actually have alone with milk, but it’s even better with 1/2 frozen banana. This one is great for Vanilla based smoothies. Add some Cacao and you’ve got yourself a chocolate flavor too!

I got mine from Amazon. Enjoy!
