Then, sit and observe how your goals and priorities align with what you truly want out of life.
If they don’t, take a step back and be curious as to why, and how you can change your approach (or maybe your goals).
This isn’t about perfection and it’s definitely not about control. It’s about guiding yourself in the right direction.
