Snack Ideas
I will always advocate for eating as many “whole-foods” as possible, but sometimes when life gets busy and it’s hard to find time to prepare foods or cook, it’s nice to have some brands on hand that you can trust will give you some good energy without the questionable ingredients.
READ THIS: This list is not a restrictive guide, and is not to be used to food shame. This list was not meant to create food fear. Other snacks not listed here can still be eaten and enjoyed in moderation! This list is for you if you are looking to replace other snacks that don’t make you feel good internally.
Here are some of my recent favorites!
