Here you will find a grocery list with nutritious whole foods & ingredients that can be used to create healthy, home cooked meals.

Food Quality:

  • When possible, opt for organic produce.

  • The shorter the ingredient list, the better.

  • If you don’t understand an ingredient on the ingredient list, try and find another option.

  • Avoid, when possible, products with artificial sweeteners, inflammatory oils (i.e. soy & canola), trans fats, preservatives, colorings, artificial flavorings, high fructose corn syrup, carrageenan, and GMOs.
