Food is much more than just physical nourishment for our bodies. Eating a meal is also about enjoying the the process and the experience.

Knowing WHAT to eat is just the beginning. Creating healthy habits also entails learning HOW to eat.

In my blog post “Nutrition 101” I talk about some simple and basic ways you can start learning how to eat.

I created this “Eating Out” guide so you can use some of these simple tips to help you feel confident and comfortable that you’re making the most of your dining out experience, and getting the most out of your meal at the same time.
