Foundational 4

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated.

Use this guide as a reference to make sure you’re creating nutritionally dense meals.

As you get familiar with the different food groups and the amazing benefits each one has for your body, all you’ll have to do is a quick visual check before each meal to make sure you have all four of these things on your plate! Eating this way will not only ensure that you get all the nutrients you need, but will also keep you satisfied and energized throughout the day.

Note: This is simply here as a guide of what should be included on your plate most of the time. This does not take into account any allergies and/or food intolerances. Always allow for flexibility and remember that these are not strict guidelines, just recommendations. Adapt to your diet depending on what feels good to you and your body.
