Fixed Mindset vs. Growth Mindset
"I Give Up" vs. "I’ll Try a Different Approach"
"I Can’t Do This" vs. "I Don’t Know How to do This Yet"
"I Failed" vs. "First Attempt At Learning" or "Mistakes Are How I Learn"
"It’s Too Hard" vs. "This May Take Some Time"
"I Don’t Know How" vs "I Can Learn How"
Fixed Mindset Tendencies:
• Avoids Challenges
• Gives Up Easily
• Sees Efforts as Fruitless or Worse
• Ignores Useful Negative Feedback
• Feels Threatened by the Success of Others
Growth Mindset Tendencies:

• Finds Lessons and Inspiration from Others
You CAN transition from one the other, by practicing shifting your thought patterns. If that sounds difficult, it can be, at least at first - BUT notice JUST NOW, you had a "Fixed Mindset" thought... (see what I did there, it was a little test). The work, is worth it, and it's relatively simple.
Practice This: Today, see if you can notice all the times your brain immediately goes into a "Fixed Mindset" and see if you can replace that thought with a "Growth Mindset" phrase instead. I gave some examples above.
If you have one that you don't know how to rephrase, drop a comment below and I'll help you out!
