Canned Veggies, Are Still Good Veggies

Stop criticizing people’s efforts bc of your privilege.

Canned veggies, are still veggies.

Frozen veggies, are still veggies.

Veggies with cheese on top, are still veggies.

Veggies dipped in sauce, are still veggies.

Nothing makes me more mad then when people shame other people that are TRYING the best THEY can at that moment. Every effort, is enough.

Can't afford Organic? That's OK.

Can't afford fresh produce? That's OK.

Don't like the taste of plain veggies? That's OK

Do the best you can, with the resources you have.

Not everyone has access to fresh produce.

Not everyone has the luxury of affording Organic.

Plain and simple: Are you working on getting more veggies into your diet? Yes? GOOD FOR YOU! You are doing such a wonderful job, I applaud you.

If you’re looking to feel more confident in your body, learn how to let go of dieting for good to enjoy food without guilt, and turn exercise into something you love to do rather than something you “have” to do, submit a client application to get in contact with me! I work with clients virtually all over the world helping those who are frustrated with dieting and want to change their relationship with food, exercise and themselves.
