You have to BE that person, to BECOME that person.

A friendly reminder that you're not just going to wake up one day as the person you want to be.

Take it from Rihanna:

You have to show up as them, before you become them.

You have to BE that person, to BECOME that person.

If you want to BE the person that works out consistently, you've got to start working out consistently. If you want to BE the person that wakes up early, start waking up early. If you want to BE the person that cooks more meals at home instead of eating out, you've got to cook more meals at home instead of eating out. If you want to BE the person who walks into a room confidently, you've got to start walking into rooms confidently.

If you want to be good at anything, you've got to start practicing doing that thing.

So stop telling yourself you're not the person you want to be. Be them.

You don't just become, you are.

If you’re looking for a safe space where you can learn how to let go of dieting for good, enjoy food without guilt, and turn exercise into something you love to do rather than something you “have” to do, submit a client application to get in contact with me! I work with clients virtually all over the world helping those who are frustrated with dieting and want to change their relationship with food and themselves.
