Signs of Hunger

Not Sure What Hunger Feels Like?

There are a lot of reasons why some people can't feel hunger "in their stomach." We associate being hungry with our stomach growling or hunger pangs.

However, certain things like anxiety, depression, stress, auto-immune diseases, eating disorders/disordered eating, sickness, medications, etc. can result in not being able to feel hunger in your stomach.

Here are many more ways you can tell if you're hungry:

• Lightheadness

• Nauseous

• Irritability

• Quick Temper

• Low Energy Levels

• Headache

• Trouble Concentrating

Also, if it's be 4+ hours since your last meal, your body is probably hungry.

How do YOU experience hunger?

My top 3 are: Lightheadedness, Irritability, Fatigue.
