Healthy Habits to Adopt in 2021.

  • Get 7-8 hrs of sleep a night

  • Move for 30 min a day (could be as simple as a light walk outside)

  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day (fun game: aim to make your pee a light yellow)

  • Sit down while eating your meals (and do nothing else - no distractions)

  • Take long deep breaths every once in a while (I like the 4-7-8 method or the 4-4-4-4 method)

  • Incorporate more vegetables into your meals

  • Meditate for 5-10 min a day (work your way up to longer - I love Insight Timer’s guided meditations)

  • Get up from sitting every once in a while (at least once for 5 min every hour is ideal)

  • Stretch once a day (upon waking and/or before you sleep feels sooo good)

  • Call your loved ones more often (talk to people who love and care about you)

  • Get a therapist

It doesn’t have to be complicated.

It doesn’t have to be strict.

It doesn’t have to be life changing.

It doesn’t have to be super complex.

It doesn’t have to have a numerical goal attached to it.

Just do something.

Something that make you feeeeel good.

Something that makes your body feeeeel good.

Don’t let the overwhelm of wanting to do it all keep you from doing nothing.

Just choose one and do that one consistently.

If you’re looking for a safe space where you can learn how to let go of dieting for good, enjoy food without guilt, and turn exercise into something you love to do rather than something you “have” to do, submit a client application to get in contact with me! I work with clients virtually all over the world helping those who are frustrated with dieting and want to change their relationship with food and themselves.

Hi, I’m Azul Corajoria, an Integrative Health Coach, Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor. I support my clients in making step-by-step changes so that they can live a healthy and balanced life. By recognizing the interdependent roles of mindset, nutrition, and movement I educate and hold my clients accountable for achieving their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments with an emphasis on self-care. Together, we navigate the contradictory world of nutrition through intuitive eating, practice mindful movement, and implement small mindset and lifestyle shifts that empower them to be their best selves in the easiest way possible.
