Health Coaching

  • A Health Coach is a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health behaviors through using their knowledge, experience, and skills to help bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be. By recognizing the interdependent roles of mind and body they educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments with an emphasis on self care. A Health Coach helps create action-based plans that align with your current and future goals based on what’s most important to you right now and provides ongoing support and accountability so you never feel like you’re doing it alone.

    Whereas therapy often focuses on the past so that you can gain some insight into how it’s impacting your present, coaching focuses on the small (but impactful) action steps you can take now to achieve a goal or make a personal change. Coaching and Therapy are super wonderful complements to each other!

Action-based plans that align with your current and future goals based on what’s most important to you right now alongside ongoing support and accountability so you never feel like you’re doing it alone.

As an Integrative Health Coach, I believe that achieving “whole-istic health” comes from things such as eating a balanced diet of whole foods (and also learning how to enjoy foods you might have once thought you couldn’t), sufficient exercise, good sleeping habits, stress management, having a real sense of community, being able to express yourself, loving what you do, and respecting your body. It may sound simple enough, or maybe it sounds like a lot, everyone’s journey is different. I promise to educate and support you in achieving all these things for yourself through lifestyle and behavior adjustments with an emphasis on self-care.

Together, we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice to explore what truly works for you. You’ll discover what’s holding you back from making the lifestyle changes you’ve always wanted and work through the mental and physical obstacles that surface so you can get out of your own way. I will provide you with ongoing support and guidance as you make sustainable changes that will improve your health and happiness. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. We'll take a look into your current lifestyle choices and habits to see where we can make small adjustments.

Whether you're just getting started, feeling confused and overwhelmed, or have a pretty good understanding of what "good health" looks like and just need help getting there, you've come to the right place. Here we talk about fitness, nutrition, stress, sleep, relationships, lifestyle - all of it. You’ll leave every session with actionable steps so you feel confident and motivated. Personal Training

Science-based, individualized workout programs that are efficient, effective, and designed to build strength and confidence.

Exercise should make you FEEL good, not be a punishment for something you did or did not do.

I’ll let you in on a little secret… working out is actually an act of self-care. It’s a gift, to yourself, to your body. It’s also one of the best ways to build confidence and trust in yourself, all while getting faster, stronger, and healthier. Ultimately, becoming the best version of yourself. My clients finish every session feeling better than they came, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

If you struggle with staying consistent. If you have a hard time staying motivated. If you’re frustrated with continuously having to “start over,” submit a client application! Not only will you get a good workout in, but you’ll learn to love it too.

No matter which option you choose, you’ll get science-based, individualized workout programs that are efficient, effective, and designed to build strength and confidence. Whether you’re new to the gym or you’ve been working out for a while - or you prefer to work out in the comfort of your own home with dumbbells or just a backpack, I’ve got you.
