If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I recently had a REALLY uncomfortable moment at the gym. After not going for a month, returning was really difficult – but not difficult in the way that you might think. 

 

Sure, physically it was hard, but mentally it was SO much harder.

 

…and it got me thinking about a big reason why I think people choose to not workout – or maybe start to workout, but quit shortly after. It's something I don't think we talk about enough in the fitness world (but we definitely should).

 

It feels SO important to discuss, that I went ahead and created a solo-sode on it.
