On the days you only have 40% and you give 40%. You gave 100%.

Hi friend,

Think of this as a short and sweet reminder from me, your coach and friend, to you.

“On the days you only have 40% and you give 40%. You gave 100%.”

I know you’re used to longer posts from me, but this one really doesn’t need an explanation.

This one is really quite simple.

In the span of a week, you’re going to have bad days, “eh” days, and good days.

Your energy levels aren’t always going to be high.

Work is going to feel rough sometimes and great sometimes.

Not every workout is going to feel phenomenal.

You’re not going to eat “perfectly balanced” every day (whatever that means).

You’re going to feel like a sh** parent some days.

Etc.

Do what you can, with what you have in this moment.

Just remember, that’s life, and you’re human.

You, my friend, are doing just fine :)
