Benefits of Hydrating
I’m going to keep this one to the point:
It is commonly recommended to drink 8x8oz (64oz) of water a day. However, experiment to see what works best for you as this differs depending on age, weight, physical activity, diet, environment, etc… See “hydration chart” below.
Dehydration can cause your energy levels to go down and brain function to decrease.
Dehydration can impair mood and concentration and increased the frequency of headaches.
Dehydration can negatively affect physical performance, leading to reduced endurance.
An increase in water intake can reduce body weight by increasing your metabolism.
An increase in water intake can help with constipation.
An increase in water intake can decrease the risk of kidney stones.
Losing as little as 2% of your body's water content can significantly impair physical performance.
Bottom Line: Stay hydrated friends! It's one of the easiest tips I can give you!
